Can I edit my order?
Yes you can edit your order, but only until you make the final payment. Once the payment is made in any form, you cannot edit order after that. Though you could contact our customer support team via call and we can try out to make alternations to your order.Note:We can just try to edit your order from our side and do not give guarantee to do so positively.
I want to cancel my order
We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed to the restaurant (Customer service number:). Please note that we will have a right to charge a cancellation fee up to full order value to compensate our restaurant if your order has been confirmed.
Will Donalds be accountable for quality/quantity?
Quantity and quality of the food is the merchants'(Meal providers) responsibility. However in case of issues with the quality or quantity, kindly submit your feedback and we will pass it on to the restaurant.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, there is a base charge of Rs.10 for every delivery. However, delivery fee varies from merchant to merchant; some might charge an additional delivery fee between Rs.10 to Rs.30, and some might not charge anything! Also, delivery charge is applicable if order value is below a certain amount.
How long do you take to deliver?
Standard delivery times vary by the delivery location and prevailing conditions. Thus, we take an approximate time of 30 to 45 minutes for the delivery. Please note that you may receive the order prior to the mentioned time as well, or it may take more than 45 minutes also in some cases.
What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hour starts from 12 P.M. noon to 4 P.M. afternoon for Lunch and from 6 P.M. evening to 10 P.M. night for Dinner.Please note, you can order meals 1 hour prior to the given starting time for Lunch and Dinner and provide us at least 30 minutes on an average for the final delivery.
Can I order from any location?
Yes, you can order from any location in Delhi/NCR, within the 3 km range from the meal providers listed on the search results for your location. We recommend enabling your GPS location finder and letting the app auto-detect your location.
Do you support bulk orders?
Yes, we do support bulk orders with some selected meal providers, but the orders should be placed on the Mobile App or Website 24 to 48 hours prior to the delivery date and time.
Can I change the address/ number/ Email address?
Any major change in given delivery address is not possible after placing the order with us. However, modifications like changing the house/flat number, street name, landmark etc. can be done.Also, the registered mobile number and email address for any particular account cannot be changed once registered, though you can create another account with the different mobile number and email address, or else you could contact our customer service team for any further assistance.
Did not receive referral coupon?
Referral coupon is given upon the first successful transaction of the referred person. If you still have not received it, kindly send us your details at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you within 48 hours.
Did not receive OTP?
Please check if your app is due for an update. If not, please share the details via email@example.com
